Number 82 : Elva Hsiao (蕭亞軒)

I'm not sure how to say her last name, so don't ask. I usually just refer to her as Elva, or Elvis, or Off Your Knees Bitch. That's her favorite. I first saw her on an interview for MTV Taiwan or some such show. She looked like she was totally stoned - walking off stage, answering her cell phone while talking to the host, laughing - my specialty. I always say no Asian girl is unobtainable if they have enough booze and roofies in them. And if that doesn't work, try hard core drugs - like weed! I take my hat off to Asian girls that do drugs. And speak English, which she does. (I mean speak English, the drugs are just an assumption.)
